Transcript Request Form

All transcripts should be ordered using this form. Transcripts are printed once a week on Wednesdays & will be ready for pick up in Student Services on Thursdays.. Any transcript ordered after 3:30 PM on Wednesdays will not be printed until the following week.

$2 processing fee per transcript for former students. Payment must be received before transcripts will be processed. Current BCHS students get their transcripts free of charge. Mail to: Bay City High School, Registrar, 400 7th Street, Bay City, TX 7741
