Dual Credit Registration and Payment information

If you have a student interested in Dual Credit classes from WCJC, there is a registration google form that they must complete to register.

BCHS counselors meet with students in the spring semester to discuss their schedule for the following year. This is when the student needs to inform us that they are interested in taking dual credit classes.
Dual Credit Financial Responsibility

Dual Enrollment courses taken on the high school campus require tuition payment at the beginning of each semester (Fall-August / Spring-January / Summer-June).

Students are emailed their statement to their WCJC email, this is where they can see the balance. BCHS does not have access to their statements or balances due.

Click here to access the WCJC Online Services page where you can log in to view statements, transcripts, etc.
Dual Credit Drop

If a student is dropping their course they will need to fill out a drop form obtained from their counselor or click the link below for the form. Please make sure to turn in the form to your counselor to be officially dropped from the course.

Keep in mind the deadlines and dates for dropping courses. A student may still be held liable for payment of courses even if they drop. See the WCJC website for more information.

Payment for courses is necessary regardless of dropping the course. To be able to receive a final transcript from the institution the student will need to ensure they do not have a balance.
