Driver's Ed

Enrolled in Driver's Ed for the summer or during the school year?

Be SURE that your school attendance qualifies you for driving privileges!

In Texas, a student is issued a VOE Form (Verification of Enrollment and Attendance) if the student is enrolled in school and if the student meets Texas Compulsory Attendance Laws for the immediately previous school semester.

Compulsory Attendance stipulates that 90% attendance is required in all classes. In a typical semester of about 90 days, this means that if you missed over nine classes in any subject, then you would not qualify.

THIS IS TEXAS LAW and nothing new. We just want you to be informed and prepared.

(Please allow three days for the VOE form to be processed.)
